Refund policy
Hi Beauties! As a new, small business, we presently have a no-returns and no-refunds policy. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will exchange the item(s) within 7-days of delivery. A customer shipping fee will be required.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, in good condition and in its original packaging.

We’ll email you a shipping label to complete the exchange, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns or exchanges for gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the returned item(s) is accepted, you will receive the replacement item(s).
